At Mountain Legal, pllc, we look at the legal side of end of life planning as a road map that communicates to family and justice courts how to handle the affairs of your estate when you pass on. Who needs an Estate Plan?

It is a good idea to look into purchasing an Estate Plan if you: have children, own property, own a car, & etc. Most people think you only need a will or a trust if you have a mansion and a large bank account, but that is simply not true. The less you have, the more you stand to lose in the probate process.
